Biography of Katherine Evans LMT
Katherine grew up in Macon, Georgia and took massage therapy at the school of Virginia College under
the instruction of Donald Dunlap, one of Macon's finest massage therapists.
Later her world changed when she took Table Top Thai massage under the instruction of Ms. Margie
Meshew. "The fact that I don't have to torture someone to get results not only makes me feel good,

Her techniques are multi-faceted and can range from a soothing Swedish massage to spiritual massage
to Shiatsu and/or Thai. Some of her clients like to call her brand of massage M.M.T (Mixed Massage
Therapy) because no two sessions are the same. She can help to create better airflow through the lungs,
open sinuses and has been known to help her clients enter "epiphany realms".
Katherine has been known to use a bit of "talk therapy" in her sessions. Her first time meeting
clients are usually "get to know me" sessions, combining touch and speech, because massage is very
personal no matter what type of "techniques" we use. Going deeper than just the body releases endorphins
for the client, allowing each one to feel seen and heard, thereby releasing possible stress in the jaw
and neck, while creating a deep bond between herself and her clients. She also offers the option of a
"silent appointment" meaning her people would rather "check out" after a long trying day at the office.
She loves her community and lives for each opportunity to help people heal themselves after spending time
with her through the art of her touch.
